My research interests are investigating the data analysis techniques and the implications of gravitational waves from compact binary coalescence. Recently I am in particular interested in searching for gravitational wave from novel sources, multi-messenger astronomy, testing general relativity, and black hole ringdown.
I was born in 1993 in Fuxin, Liaoning, China. I obtained my B.S. degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2015 and my Ph.D. degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2019. I was a junior scientist/postdoc from 2019-2023 at the department of Observational Relativity and Cosmology at the Albert Einstein Institute, Hannover. On Sep 1 of 2023, I joined as a postdoc at the department of Astrophysical and Cosmological Relativity at Albert Einstein Institute, Potsdam.
