I'm interested in all areas of physics :)
More concretely though, I'm fascinated by the AdS/CFT correspondence. I've worked on AdS3 gravity as a playground to explore questions like the thermodynamics of Higher spin black holes and the role of holographic Quantum complexity and tensor networks in CFT2.
I'm also very interested in understanding the Modular structure of quantum field theories and the properties of Entanglement entropy.
Recently I've worked on Quantum Extremal Islands,
a fascinating new development in quantum gravity which seems to have
many applications, including the black hole evaporation problem.

I did my PhD in co-tutelle between two countries. I started at the PUC where I worked on black holes and higher spin theories in 2+1 dimensions. Then I moved to the University of Wuerzburg in Germany, where I focused on quantum information theory. I also had the pleasure of spending my last semester working at Perimeter Institute in Canada.
During my Master at PUC I worked on finding novel regularisation methods in order to treat some divergences in quantum mechanics.
I did my Bachelor at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile (PUC)
