Main Focus
My research focuses on the physics of compact objects, neutron stars and black holes, and their observational signatures across the electromagnetic spectrum. I develop analytic and semi-analytic models (supported by full numerical computations) to describe the dynamics and emission processes in relativistic and mildly relativistic outflows, bridging theoretical predictions with observations of transient phenomena such as kilonovae, gamma-ray bursts, and merger afterglows. More broadly, I am interested in how these systems evolve over time and in their connection to the formation of pulsars and compact binary populations.
