I am interested in different aspects of gravitational-wave astronomy, such as gravitational-wave source modeling, astrophysical and cosmological studies from the gravitational lensing of gravitational waves, tests of general relativity in strong gravity regime, inferring parameters of generic massive (intermediate) black hole binaries from gravitational-wave measurements and population studies of them. I have recently become interested in understanding the internal structure of neutron stars from gravitational wave observations of neutron star-black hole binaries.

I completed my PhD in gravitational wave physics in 2019 at International Centre for Theoretical Sciences, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. During my graduate studies, I was supervised by Parameswaran Ajith and my work covered various aspects of gravitational-wave astronomy, such as accurate modeling of gravitational-wave sources, gravitational lensing studies of gravitational waves, and tests of general relativity in the strong-field regime. I am a postdoc at the AEI since November 2019.
