Stefan Fredenhagen

I have moved to Vienna University in September 2016.

Research

I am interested in mathematical physics, particle physics and gravity. More concretely I work on string theory, two-dimensional conformal field theory and higher-spin gauge theories.

For the most recent list of my publications check out SPIRES.

IMPRS

From 2009 to 2013 I was coordinator of the International Max Planck Research School for Geometric Analysis, Gravity and String Theory at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics in Golm (Potsdam). You can find more information about the IMPRS here.

Teaching

In the winter tem 2015/16 I gave a course on linear algebra for physicists at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

In the winter term 2014/15 I gave a course on conformal field theory at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

In the summer term 2014 I gave a course on general relativity at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

In the winter term 2010/11 I gave a course on supersymmetry at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

In the summer term 2009 I gave a course on string theory at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

In the summer term 2008 I gave a course on string theory at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

In the winter term 2007/08 I gave a course on conformal field theory at the Potsdam University.
