The proj++ bundle consists of a small library and a number of tools to facilitate the creation of C++ programs and shared libraries. The library contains debugging stream classes and a stopwatch class for profiling purposes. Among the tools there is a shared library creation script for various platforms (similar in spirit to libtool, though without much of its overhead).
Get the tarball proj++.tar.gz and install using the usual GNU procedure (see the INSTALL file).
