mHACR

The Hierarchical Algorithm for Curves and Ridges (HACR) is a burst detection algorithm based on TFClusters, initially implemented in the GEO++ environment developed by the Cardiff University. It was ported to the Matlab environment by the GEO600 group of the Albert Einstein Institute.

The codes can also be checked out from the CVS repository of AEI, Hannover.

Null-stream package

Time series data from multiple GW detectors can be linearly-combined to from a null-stream, which contains no trace of the GWs. A veto method based on the null-stream is being implemented in the search for transient, unmodelled GW bursts in the data of two LIGO-Hanford detectors. This is the Matlab pipeline used for the analysis.
